Fully automated system to apply flexible spacer bar coming off rolls. The patented applicator allows for a highly precise and dimensionally stable positioning as well as for the frictionless and careful application of the spacer bar within unprecedented short cycle times. Optional design for the simple and fast processing of an extensive range of shaped sheets. Two (or four on request) reels provided in an air-tight material container to allow the frame widths to be changed quickly and easily. Fast and precise insertion of georgian bars in the downstream zone, either through a leveling grid or, as a separate option, simply at the pre-stamped positioning.
