Being in a position to know the quality of the produced glass throughout the production process up to the packaging for delivery allows you to benefit in two ways.
First by scanning the quality of the glass to be produced within the production line allows elimination of defective or lower quality glass as early as possible from the production cycle, saving the production time for good quality glass and further reducing the risk of production incidents such as e.g. glass breaking in the tempering furnace.
Second, a thorough tracking of the produced glass from the stock plate yard via all production cycles up to a final glass quality check for edge and surface provides you with a complete production report, which enables you to prove your glass quality to your customer.
